On February 23, flowers were laid at the memorial of fallen students and graduates of Vinnytsia National Technical University and the memorial plaque near the first academic building.

At the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Transport, 9 graduates died: ROMAN MELNYCHUK, YURIY BABKO, VADIM TSYMBAL, IGOR BOYKO, VOLODYMYR KREMINSKY, SERGY KOSTYUK, SERGY KUSH NIR, SERGY BENEDIK, VITALY NEPIYKO.
